Each one is machined from solid 7075-T6 aluminium and carries Steele’s lifetime housing warranty, so it’s built as a long-term investment rather than a stepping stone.

It’s fully featured without being complicated. Manual gain lets you fine-tune the image as light levels change, the onboard IR illuminator is there when it’s truly dark, and each pod articulates and switches off on its own. Adjustable IPD stops bring it back to your exact eye spacing every time, and an auxiliary power port takes an external battery pack for longer outings.

Despite the all-metal build, it’s impressively light. Paired with Steele’s MBS-ULR lenses, a complete Nighthawk-MG weighs just 504 g.

Who it’s for

Users who want a do-everything binocular they won’t outgrow

Anyone who prefers the strength and feel of machined aluminium

Experienced users who want manual gain, IR and articulation in one system

KEY FEATURES

Machined 7075-T6 aluminium housing

Manual gain control

Onboard IR illuminator

Articulating pods with individual shut-off

Adjustable IPD stops

LEMO 00B auxiliary power port

Submersible to 20 m (66 ft) for 30 minutes

Steele lifetime housing warranty

Lens: Steele U.L.R
This build uses Steele’s own U.L.R lenses, made for Steele housings.
