SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Information

At NoxWorks, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all orders.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship using the following Royal Mail services:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – Guaranteed by 1pm (fully insured and tracked)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracked service, typically delivered within 2–3 working days)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Policy

Due to the specialist nature of our products, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery

  • Improper use, modification, or unauthorized repairs

If you believe your item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 14days of receival at info@noxworks.co.uk with details and, if possible, supporting photos.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for inspection, repair, or replacement in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

All returns must be pre-authorized by NoxWorks. Items returned without prior approval may be refused or returned to sender.

Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details are provided at checkout.

  • NoxWorks cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.

  • For security and insurance reasons, all high-value items are shipped using tracked and insured services only.
