Welcome to NoxWorks. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from us.
By placing an order with NoxWorks, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

NoxWorks specialises in the sale, repair, and servicing of night-vision systems and related accessories.
2. Eligibility
To purchase from NoxWorks, you must:

Certain products available for shipping to select EU countries please contact beforehand if you are purchasing from outside the UK
3. Products and Availability
We make every effort to ensure all products, descriptions, and prices are accurate at the time of listing. However, items may occasionally be unavailable or subject to change.
If a product you’ve ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or suitable alternative.
All images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final product due to manufacturing variations.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

All payments are processed securely via Wix’s encrypted payment system, which meets PCI DSS compliance standards. NoxWorks does not store or have access to full payment card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
We currently ship using the following Royal Mail services:

Special Delivery – Guaranteed by 1pm (fully insured and tracked)

Tracked 48 (tracked, typically delivered within 2–3 working days)
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details at checkout. NoxWorks cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.
For security reasons, all high-value items are shipped via tracked and insured services only.
6. Returns and Faulty Items
Due to the specialist nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Damage caused by the customer after delivery

Improper use, modification, or unauthorised repair
If you believe your item is faulty upon arrival, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@noxworks.co.uk with a detailed description and supporting photos.
We’ll assess your claim and, where appropriate, arrange inspection, repair, or replacement in line with your statutory rights.
All returns must be pre-authorised by NoxWorks. Items returned without approval may be refused or returned to sender.
7. Warranty
All products supplied by NoxWorks are covered by a statutory 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, impact, or modification

Water or environmental damage caused by improper handling
Repairs carried out by anyone other than NoxWorks or an authorised technician will void the warranty.
8. Repairs and Custom Work
All repair and upgrade services are carried out with care and tested prior to return.
Repair turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability.
Custom orders or builds require a deposit and may be subject to non-refundable costs if cancelled after work has begun.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every care to ensure the accuracy and performance of our products, NoxWorks shall not be liable for any:

Indirect or consequential loss or damage

Loss of data, income, or business opportunities

Injury or damage arising from misuse or unauthorised modification of equipment
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Legal Use
All products supplied by NoxWorks must be used in accordance with UK law.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any equipment purchased is used safely, responsibly, and within legal boundaries.
NoxWorks will not be held responsible for any misuse or unlawful operation of night-vision equipment.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of NoxWorks and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and all transactions with NoxWorks are governed by English law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

PAYMENT METHODS
At NoxWorks, we accept secure online payments through major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed via Wix’s encrypted payment system, ensuring your details remain safe and confidential. We currently do not accept cash.
