NoxWorks Device Service & Repair Process Overview:

  1. Upon purchase of a service, a member of our team will contact you via email to gather information about your device and any concerns prior to its arrival.
  2. Customers are responsible for shipping their device to us. We strongly recommend fully insured, tracked shipping with your device secured in rigid protective packaging. Our address will be confirmed via email correspondence.
  3. Upon arrival, your device will be assessed and your selected service carried out to our standard.
  4. Once complete, your device will be returned via tracked, insured shipping accompanied by full documentation detailing the service and/or repairs performed.
