The RVM-14 from AB Night vision excels in all conditions, with it's main attributes being a rugged and compact platform. To withstand a lifetime of hard use the RVM-14 is billet machined from 7075T6 Aluminum, tested to be waterproof down to 20 meters and MIL-STD810H drop tested. Even with all these features it manages to weigh 15% less! Than a polymer PVS-14 and by using a CR123 increase battery life by 50%
Controls - Kept simple a single rotary knob controls the main functions of the device On/Off and doubles as its Manual Gain Control. Turning on at full gain and dimming the intensifier when rotated further. A single push button located at the front of the device toggles the IR illuminator, Similar to the RNVG its guarded by a raised 'Fence' to prevent any accidental activation.
