Polymer pre-order sold out, this listing is quoted for Magnesium variant
Panoramic night vision opens up your view in a way a binocular can’t. With a 100° field of view, you see what’s beside you as well as in front, without constantly turning your head. The usual trade-off is size and weight. The Chimera is Nocturn’s answer to that: the first articulating four-tube system, designed to stay compact and comfortable on the helmet.
Its patented design lets the optic pods fold back towards the helmet, so when stowed it sits with a profile closer to a standard binocular than a typical panoramic. That also brings the weight back towards your neck’s natural pivot point, making it better balanced and easier to wear over a long night.
Each pod side can be flipped up on its own without folding the whole system away. That gives you more headroom in vehicles, an easier time through doorways and dense cover, and quick access to night vision the moment you need it.
Who it’s for
- Users who want the widest possible view without a heavy, front-loaded panoramic
- Professional and specialist users who spend long periods under night vision
- Experienced binocular users ready for the next step in situational awareness
KEY FEATURES
- First articulating quad-tube panoramic housing, a patented design
- 100° field of view
- Pods fold back towards the helmet for a low stowed profile

RVM-14 Housing
Sale price £544.50 Regular price £605.00The Monocular That Doesn’t Quit
The AB Night Vision RVM-14 is a compact, all-metal monocular housing. It’s machined from solid 7075-T6 aluminium, waterproof to 20 m and MIL-STD-810H drop tested, so it’s built to last a lifetime of hard use. A complete build still weighs around 15% less than a standard polymer PVS-14.Why it matters
The RVM-14 gives you the durability of a metal housing without the bulk. One rotary knob handles power and gain. The IR illuminator has its own button, guarded by a raised fence so it can’t switch on by accident in a pocket or pouch. A single CR123A runs it for over 70 hours, so you’ll rarely need to change batteries.KEY FEATURES
- Machined 7075-T6 aluminium housing
- Waterproof to 20 m, MIL-STD-810H drop tested
- Around 15% lighter than a polymer PVS-14 when fully built
- Single-knob control: powers up at full brightness, dims as you turn further
- Fenced IR illuminator button to prevent accidental use
- IR and low-battery indicators
- 70+ hours from a single CR123A
- Accepts MX-11769 format tubes
Manual gain control needs an MGC-compatible tube.

Steele Ind U.L.R Lenses Steele Ind U.L.R Lenses
Steele Ind U.L.R Lenses
Sale price £365.00 Regular price £405.00The first ruggedised , light-weight lenses
Lenses are easy to overlook, but they shape everything you see through your device. The U.L.R set from Steele Industries and MBS Optics gives you a clear, sharp image in a lighter package than standard mil-spec optics, without giving up durability. It’s the lens set Steele fits to its own Nighthawk-MG, and the reason that binocular comes in at just 504g.
Each objective weighs 41.6 g, against around 53 g for a standard mil-spec objective, so a binocular setup carries noticeably less weight out in front. The objective and diopter interfaces are reinforced aluminium, built to stand up to everyday knocks. In Steele’s own comparison testing, the U.L.R set lets through around 8% more light than Noctis optics, which means a brighter image when there’s very little light to work with.
It comes with Steele’s slimline LR aluminium diopter and 29 mm of eye relief, so it sits comfortably in front of your eye and works with glasses or eye protection.
Who it’s for
- Anyone building or upgrading a device who wants lighter optics without losing clarity
- Binocular users looking to take weight off the front of the helmet
KEY FEATURES
- Lightweight: 97.5 g per monocular set
- Sharp 72 lp/mm resolution with low distortion
- Around 8% more light transmission than Noctis optics (Steele testing)
- Reinforced aluminium objective and diopter interfaces
- Slimline Steele LR aluminium diopter
- 29 mm eye relief
- Fits housings that take standard PVS-14 style optics

RPO NVD-Next | US Milspec | Lens Set
Sale price £513.00 Regular price £570.00Lighter. Clearer. Still Mil-spec:
The RPO 4.0 / NVD-N lens set is a lightweight rebuild of the standard US Milspec optics. It’s built to cut weight and give you a sharper center resolution, a more even image. A single RPO objective weighs around 35g, against about 53g for a standard Milspec objective, and the ocular is 41g or less. That takes roughly 70g off a binocular setup, which you’ll notice with longer use. Improving on the RPO 3.0 lens sets the NVD-N/4.0 offers a greater eye relief and eye box, meaning you can run them further out and improve your situational awareness.

U.A.N.V.B-SC "Raptor" | Housing
£1,740.00More Capability, Same Simplicity
The Raptor is a full-featured binocular housing with intuitive controls. If you want gain control and an onboard IR illuminator without a cluttered control layout, this is the one.
Everything runs through a single knob, laid out much like the L3Harris PVS-31A. Turn it to adjust gain as the light changes. Double-tap it to switch on the IR illuminator; an indicator in the eyepiece tells you it’s on, and the same knob then adjusts IR brightness. It quickly becomes second nature.
The optic pods are modular and can be converted to the Nocturn Talon monocular platform, so your Raptor and a Talon can share parts as your kit grows. Each pod switches off when flipped up, which helps the single CR123A go further, and there’s a LEMO 00B port for an external battery pack on longer outings.
Who it’s for
- Anyone who wants manual gain and onboard IR in a simple, single-knob binocular
- Talon users looking to move to a binocular that shares the same platform
- Users already familiar with PVS-31A-style controls
KEY FEATURES
- Single-knob control, similar to the PVS-31A
- Manual gain adjustment
- Onboard IR illuminator with an in-eyepiece indicator and adjustable brightness
- Modular optic pods, convertible to the Talon platform
