Description

The lightest mil-spec option?
The Nocturn Industries U.N.V.M “Talon” is an ultra-light monocular housing improving on the feature set of the legacy PVS-14. At just 53 g, it’s half the weight of a standard PVS-14 housing, moulded from a carbon-fibre-reinforced thermoplastic composite built to take hard use.

Why it matters
A lighter housing means less weight on your helmet and neck, without giving up features. The Talon packs gain control, an IR illuminator and swappable power into one simple control knob. It fits PVS-14 J-arms, mounts and optics you may already own.

KEY FEATURES

  • 53 g housing, half the weight of a standard PVS-14 housing
  • Carbon-fibre-reinforced thermoplastic construction
  • Single-knob control: press and hold for power, rotate for gain, double-tap for IR, single tap for IR off
  • In-view IR indicator
  • Accepts EGAC MX-11769 tubes, standard and 3-pad European style
  • Fits standard PVS-14 J-arms
  • CR123A power as standard, with AA and CR2 caps on an onboard lanyard
