Simple Insurance For Your System
Night vision is expensive, and helmet mounts can and do let go. The NOODL (Night Observation & Operations Device Lanyard) is a simple, low-cost backup that keeps your device tethered to your helmet. It holds it steady while deployed and stops it hitting the ground if it ever comes free.
Unlike Velcro straps that snag on branches and brush, the NOODL attaches directly to a helmet hard point. A Cordura loop goes under your front helmet bolt, and an adjustable shock cord clips to your device. Installation takes a few minutes, and once it’s set up you’ll barely notice it’s there.
